MOSCOW, Aug 9 (PRIME) -- The net private capital outflow from Russia more than doubled on the year to U.S. $21.5 billion in January–July, the central bank said on Thursday citing preliminary data.
In 2017, the net private capital outflow grew 60% to $31.3 billion, the regulator said earlier.
